So, we need to get into EA Live Chat. But we can only do this by logging in using an EA account. But because Ours was stolen, then you will have to register again (or take the login/password from your friends). Next, go to the link https://help.ea.com/contact-us. But I didn’t have a third email (I used the second one when re-registering). I started to register in a panic, which took some time. Therefore, I advise you to keep extra soap on hand.
