Xiaomi Mi 10 officially presented - the flagship for better and for worse

Everything about the best Xiaomi smartphone.

Xiaomi Mi 10 is the latest flagship smartphone of the Chinese company Xiaomi, with the release of which it showed that it can do not only for “state employees”. Mi 10 turned out to be sophisticated, with a unique design for the modern market and, by Xiaomi standards, insanely expensive . Is it worth getting involved with Mi 10 or is the game not worth the candle and an impressive amount of money?

For a whole month I tested Xiaomi Mi 10 and evaluated it in a variety of conditions. The smartphone showed itself to be a real flagship, but it had several really big flaws. And everyone who is planning or just thinking about buying one of the most expensive Xiaomi smartphones needs to know about them.

Equipment

Xiaomi Mi 10 compares favorably with most modern flagship smartphones with its advanced features. In addition to the basic set, the device comes with a transparent hard case, which I personally immediately attached to the smartphone. The case is pleasant to the touch and overall feels high quality. The smartphone did not become much thicker - it was comfortable to use.

The rest of the equipment is traditional: charging adapter and cable, a clip for removing the SIM card tray, an adapter from USB-C to 3.5 mm audio output and documentation. The included charger supports fast charging. This is a big plus, since you don’t have to spend money on purchasing a suitable charger.

This fact is especially encouraging given the emerging trend of smartphones coming out without a charging adapter at all. Apple plans to make such a move first eliminating the charging adapter from the iPhone 12 . According to rumors, a similar decision is brewing at Samsung. If this becomes a trend, then Chinese manufacturers will soon decide on something similar.

The only negative of the package is the lack of headphones. I won’t say that this is a huge minus, since most often the included headset is not of high quality, however, some simple headphones would not hurt.

Smartphone Mi 10

As reported in 2020, two flagships will be presented at once, and both phablets will go on sale at approximately the same time. Xiaomi Mi 10, the price of which will be slightly lower compared to the price of Mi 10 Pro, will become the successor to the current flagship Mi 9. The manufacturer said that there will be no cheap flagship models in the future. There is no exact answer to the question of how much the anniversary model of a Chinese smartphone costs. However, there are assumptions that the price of Mi 10 will be about 600 US dollars.

Design and ergonomics

The first thing that catches your eye when examining the Mi 10 case is the changed design of the front surface compared to the previous model. The smartphone received an “unlimited” display with slightly rounded edges. They make the front panel of the gadget look very impressive, especially if you choose the right wallpaper.

The device body is made of two main materials: glass and aluminum . The build is typically of high quality for flagship Xiaomi smartphones. All elements on the case fit perfectly together, the buttons do not wobble.

The smartphone's camera protrudes considerably from the body, which is most noticeable when using the device without a case. If you place the device with the lid down on any surface, it will wobble from side to side with considerable amplitude. The problem is solved by putting the smartphone in a case, even the same one included. If you don't like the boring transparent case included in the kit, then AliExpress sells thousands of different cases for Mi 10 . The smartphone is very popular, so the choice of accessories is impressive.

The arrangement of elements on the body does not contain any surprises. On one side there are power buttons and a volume rocker. There is nothing on the other one.

On the bottom there are openings for the microphone and speaker, a SIM card tray (yes, it's here, not on the side) and a USB-C connector.

On the top edge there are holes for another pair of microphone + speaker, as well as an IR port. Xiaomi absolutely does not plan to abandon the latter. Apparently, the popularity of this method of controlling equipment in China is high. By the way, I checked the ability to control a Samsung TV via the infrared port in Mi 10 - everything worked the first time, with a minimum of effort.

Dimensions of the smartphone: 162.5×74.8×8.96 mm , weight: 208 g . Mi 10 is slightly larger in size than its predecessor. But in terms of weight, the increase was significant - more than 30 grams.

When you pick up the Mi 10 for the first time after almost any other smartphone from the Chinese company, you will immediately feel this pleasant heaviness. Of course, for whom this heaviness will initially seem burdensome. However, getting used to this weight will take one or two days. It has already been tested by dozens of other modern smartphones, which invariably gain weight.

The increase in size and weight expectedly had a negative impact on ergonomics. Mi 10 is not a one-handed smartphone . To use it comfortably, you will definitely need to take the smartphone in both hands, especially if you need to write a message or enter a query in a search engine. It would seem that this is not news that you have to use modern smartphones with both hands. However, in the case of Mi 10 I would like to emphasize this, since there are no compromises here in this regard.

The device is produced in Russia only in two colors: gray (Twilight Grey) and green (Coral Green) . The color scarcity is easily explained. After some time, Xiaomi will launch Mi 10 in a couple of new colors, thereby giving a boost to sales a few months after the launch. This is already a classic move for a Chinese company.

Despite the integrity of the Mi 10 case, it is quite surprising that the smartphone does not have protection from water and dust , even some basic one. It is noteworthy that it was not present in Mi 9. It seems that Xiaomi has its own compelling reasons for leaving its flagship smartphones without the water protection that many people need.

Display

The Mi 10 features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2340x1080 pixels and a 90Hz . The screen belongs to the “limitless” type - its side edges are gracefully curved, due to which the impression of a more voluminous image is achieved.

Just one glance at the Mi 10 screen is enough to ask several important questions at once. I'll start with them.

Do the curved edges of the screen cause random operation? Yes, this really happens. This is not to say that false positives are frequent, but if you actively use your smartphone several times a day, you will encounter them.

It is in this regard that it is important to know that in the smartphone settings it is possible to adjust the “dead” zones. The parameter is responsible for minimizing accidental triggering on the edges of the screen when the smartphone is in the hand. I selected the option, which reduces the touch screen's area of effect on the edges, but supposedly makes it more difficult to apply gestures from the edges of the display. To be honest, I didn’t notice any complication in using gestures.

Does 90Hz make the image smooth? Yes, and very much so. The difference compared to regular 60Hz displays is actually noticeable. The first few days after switching to Mi 10, I often found myself simply moving between desktop screens, watching cool smooth animations.

The increased screen refresh rate is definitely the feature of the Mi 10 that makes it worth buying a smartphone, and not, for example, its predecessor model. The 90Hz screen offers a new user experience that has never been seen on a smartphone before.

Are the curved edges of the display scratched? The Mi 10 screen is highly scratch resistant. Over the course of a whole month of use, I was unable to leave any noticeable scratches on it, including on the side edges.

One of the things that helped was the protective film that was carefully pasted on the display out of the box. It quickly became overgrown with scratches, but underneath it remained a pristine display. After removing the standard film, I walked around without protecting the screen for two weeks to test its scratch resistance. During this time, there were no visible defects left on the display. Afterwards, I again “wrapped” the screen in film - it’s more reliable.

Another notable detail of the Mi 10 display is the hole-punch for the front camera , located in the left corner of the screen. The hole is quite compact - it didn’t distract me at all. For those who find such holes an eyesore, there is the option of programmatically hiding the “hole”. In this case, however, you will have to put up with a wider top frame.

The AMOLED screen of the Mi 10 is wonderfully configured by default. The vast majority of users will not need to adjust anything in principle. Although there is such a possibility, and for flexible settings it is enough to select different presets in the parameters.

The display supports sRGB and P3 , as well as HDR10+ . All this results in a juicy picture, which is a pleasure to look at. Mi 10 is definitely the smartphone on which you will want to watch more YouTube videos, TV series, movies, whatever. Simply because the image quality of the AMOLED screen is truly high.

Fingerprint's scanner

The Mi 10 screen has a built-in optical fingerprint scanner with an increased coverage area. And this scanner is the best sub-screen scanner that I have ever tried. There are several specific reasons for this.

First of all, the scanner is fast. You just need to touch its area and it will instantly unlock. The effect of using the scanner is complemented by the productive power of the smartphone, which is responsible for the minimum delay when unlocking. As a result, it feels like the transition from the lock screen to the desktop occurs without any delay at all.

What I liked most about the fingerprint scanner was its “attention to detail.” The scanner was not shy about identifying my finger, even when it was dirty or wet. The error rate in the fingerprint recognition process is very low. For every one incorrect definition, there are more than 100 correct ones.

I have already admitted in previous reviews that I rarely favor fingerprint scanners, and they do not favor me. Scanners always find a reason why a fingerprint cannot be successfully recognized. Because of which I constantly need to enter passwords.

It was all the more pleasant for me to use the Mi 10 fingerprint scanner. Its accuracy and stability are at a new quality level, which no fingerprint module has previously been able to achieve. It is a fact.

And finally, what I liked about the scanner was its convenient location. It is located approximately halfway between the center of the display and the bottom edge. When you normally grip a smartphone, your finger rests on the scanner area. Xiaomi clearly tested this point a lot and chose the ideal place to place the scanner. For me personally, this place was discovered with filigree precision.

The smartphone also has a facial recognition function . It doesn't work like the iPhone, without using IR sensors and other fancy technologies. However, the function works properly - the face is detected quickly and accurately. True, in the evening and at night it becomes impossible to use the function, since the front camera simply “does not see” the face.

As a result, I played around with the facial recognition function for a couple of days and settled on the fingerprint scanner. He's really cool.

Performance

The performance of the Mi 10 is driven by the recently flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 . The chip has one powerful core clocked at 2.84 GHz, three high-performance cores clocked at 2.42 GHz, and four power-efficient cores clocked at 1.8 GHz. The processor has a built-in Qualcomm Adreno 650 video chip with a frequency of 587 MHz.

The chip is complemented by 8 GB of RAM in the latest LPDDR5 format, operating at a frequency of 2.75 GHz. The internal memory of the smartphone is 128 or 256 GB depending on the model. Please note that the type of built-in storage is UFS 3.0 . The transition to fast UFS 3.1 memory in the smartphone did not take place. Interestingly, it is not possible to expand the memory capacity. There is no slot for a memory card in the device .

The device has a whole scattering of interesting features related to performance. Firstly, it is a liquid cooling system using wide tubes located on a record area of 30 square meters for smartphones. cm. The system dissipates heat excellently. The device never warmed up to an uncomfortable temperature, either during tests or in games.

This happens, among other things, thanks to the “smart” temperature control system. It is based on a specially trained neural network that regulates the efficiency of the cooling system. In particular, it predicts when the user will need maximum cooling, starting preparations for its activation in advance.

The smartphone supports a special gaming mode Game Turbo 3.0 . It is recommended to run the most demanding games in this mode. I tested it on World of Tanks Blitz, which is known for its gluttony. To be honest, even at maximum graphics settings I didn’t notice any difference in performance. However, when the game mode was turned on, the smartphone warmed up less - this is a plus.

In synthetic tests, Mi 10 showed itself to be a great performer. In Geekbench 5, the smartphone scored 906 points in single-threaded mode and 3,300 points in multi-threaded mode. Right now, these are some of the highest scores, virtually identical to the OnePlus 8 Pro and the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, which feature the same Snapdragon 865 chip.

In the AnTuTu benchmark, the smartphone scored 560,043 points, thereby entering the top ten most powerful Android devices.

The productive power of Mi 10 will be enough for several years. The smartphone works quickly when performing absolutely any task. All current games run without problems at maximum graphics settings and run at a stable 60 fps. Significant drawdowns do not occur regardless of what is happening on the screen.

Xiaomi Mi 10 officially presented - the flagship for better and for worse

Finally, the period of daily leaks and rumors about the upcoming flagship smartphone of the Chinese tech giant has come to an end, because Xiaomi, as promised, officially unveiled the Mi 10 on February 13. Read all the details and interesting points about the company’s anniversary flagship in our material.

Mi 10 Pro

Let’s immediately make a reservation that along with the Mi 10, the Pro version of the smartphone was also presented, featuring faster charging and a somewhat advanced main camera system. We will write about the key differences between the basic version of Mi 10 and Pro in the appropriate sections. Many of the Mi 10's specs also apply to the Mi 10 Pro.

Screen

The display diagonal of the new products is 6.67 inches, while the screen itself is curved at the edges and is made using AMOLED technology. As stated on the promotional posters, the display of the new flagship supports a refresh rate of 90 Hz with a sampling rate of 180 Hz. The maximum brightness of the display reaches 1120 nits with a contrast level of 5,000,000 to 1. According to Xiaomi, the company's engineers managed to bring the display response to a completely new level, worthy of a truly flagship device. There is a 20 MP selfie camera embedded in the upper left corner.

Hardware filling

Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro are built on the most advanced Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 mobile processor to date with support for 5G networks (SA/NSA modes). With the new processor, the new product also received a new cooling system, the area of which is 3,000 square millimeters. Xiaomi claims the exceptional efficiency of this cooling system, capable of dissipating heat even when running demanding and resource-intensive applications. The Mi 10 battery capacity is 4780 mAh, supports fast and wireless charging with a power of 30 W.

Again, as previously reported, Mi 10 received a new type of RAM: LPDDR5, the performance of which is 20% higher compared to LPDDR4X memory. The buyer has a choice of several smartphone configurations: with 8/128 GB of RAM and permanent memory, respectively, 8/256 GB and 12/256 GB. By the way, the permanent drive is a new type of memory UFS 3.0. Of course, the Xiaomi flagship also supports the latest Wi-Fi 6 standard, the peak data transfer speed of which reaches 9.6 Gbps.

Cameras

The main camera of both smartphones is a 108 megapixel sensor, an auxiliary lens with a resolution of 13 megapixels and an f/2.4 aperture (wide-angle optics), and two more sensors with a resolution of 2 megapixels each. Supports 8K video recording, HDR standard and AI image processing function.

Mi 10 Pro

differs from the basic version of the smartphone in that it has a different main camera configuration: the 108 MP module is complemented by two 12 and 8 MP sensors with telephoto lenses (10x hybrid optical zoom and 50x digital zoom), as well as a 20 MP sensor with wide-angle optics . Mi 10 Pro received a 4500 mAh battery with support for 50 W wired fast charging. The older version of the new flagship from Xiaomi will go on sale in another configuration with 512 GB of permanent memory.

Both models of the new product support reverse wireless charging, compatible with the Qi standard, the power of which reaches 10 W. It is worth noting one important detail: the Mi 10 Pro comes with a 65 W power adapter, which can easily be used to charge laptops.

Cameras

The set of cameras on the Mi 10 is very different from its predecessor. There are not only more cameras, but their type has changed. In particular, Mi 10 did not have a separate “telephoto”, the place of which was taken by two other modules.

The smartphone has:

  • 108-megapixel wide-angle camera (f/1.69),
  • 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera (f/2.4, angle 123°),
  • 2 megapixel macro camera (f/2.4),
  • 2 megapixel camera for portrait photography (f/2.4).

First of all, Mi 10 impresses with its 108-megapixel camera, how could it be otherwise. By default, it takes pictures at an optimized resolution of 5792x4344 pixels. Thanks to this, the pictures are less “heavy”.

However, in the settings, users have the opportunity to select a shooting mode in full 108 MP resolution. In this case, photographs are created with an amazing resolution of 12032x9024 pixels .

Let's talk about the main thing straight away. Is it worth shooting in such a monstrous resolution? Perhaps only if you are filming a scene with a lot of small details that will later need to be cut out. Then it will be possible to extract the necessary objects in an acceptable resolution. Such cut out moments are more than suitable for publication on social networks.

Another thing is that there is no need to take absolutely all pictures with a true resolution of 108 megapixels. Firstly, because the smartphone’s memory will fill up quickly, especially if you are on vacation, where your finger only has time to press the shutter release. And secondly, the difference in quality between optimized 25-megapixel images and 108-megapixel ones is simply minimal. Below I will show this with an example - see for yourself.

The overall shooting quality on the Mi 10 is excellent . What pleased me most was that you didn’t need to think about anything when shooting. Just click and click. The result is stunning, detailed images, even when shooting in low light conditions.

After playing with the camera settings, I left the HDR shooting mode turned on. The shots come out much better with it. And this is not about the regime embellishing the photo. It’s just that the processing of difficult places in the picture is done better.

To take night photos, your smartphone has a special Night mode. I liked the implementation of the function. When shooting, you don’t have to hold your smartphone in one place for a long time to take a good evening or night shot. For comparison, when shooting in night mode on the same iPhone 11 Pro, you need to hold the device motionless for much longer.

Night mode produces excellent images, but there is room for improvement - examples below.

But the Mi 10 portrait camera is a failure . The pictures come out terrible. Again, see for yourself below.

The front camera of the smartphone has a resolution of 20 megapixels. The camera takes decent pictures, including when there is not enough lighting or in artificial light. Front camera supports HDR mode and scene detection technology. For selfie lovers, the smartphone has a number of special filters that allow you to make your facial skin more even. And to do this almost unnoticeably.

Examples of photos on Xiaomi Mi 10

Daytime shooting

Above is an example of a 108-megapixel image with a phenomenal resolution of 12032x9024 pixels. It is, of course, better to study this in the source code, so the photo is clickable, like all those presented below. The photo really deserves praise. Color rendition, sharpness, and saturation do not deteriorate throughout the entire frame, even in areas farthest from the camera. Actually, the verdict can only be given by looking at one such shot - Mi 10 copes well with daytime photography.

Another example of a 108-megapixel image, but with a slightly more complex structure. What's worth highlighting here is the superb detailing of the grass. It does not mix into a single mess even when approaching.

The Mi 10 camera doesn't need perfect natural light. If the sun goes behind the clouds, the fast lens still stretches the entire frame. The image above clearly shows that detail does not drop, even in distant dark areas. Take a simpler shot like this with your camera - in such places it will be completely dark.

Shooting cityscapes on Mi 10 is a real thrill.

The greatest pleasure comes from the fact that the distant background does not lose its sharpness. As in the example above.

I especially praise the camera for its color rendition. No matter how full the frame is of vibrant colors, rest assured that they will all be captured by the camera.

Evening shooting

Mi 10 does not lose the ability to take high-quality pictures in the evening. You can shoot sunsets with your smartphone – they will look amazing.

I will especially highlight the color rendition. There is clearly not enough lighting in the evening, but the Mi 10 camera conveys the sky in all its diversity of colors, without mixing all the colors into a single whole.

Night photography

Using the Night shooting mode, you can take cool night photos without any problems. The main thing to remember is that when shooting in night mode, you need to freeze in place, as follows from the instructions that appear on the smartphone screen. To take cool photos, it is imperative that the smartphone be fixed.

Noise still appears in night photos, particularly in the background. But nothing critical.

Are artificially illuminated objects far away? No problem. The Mi 10 takes great photos in this case too.

Mi 10 would be an ideal smartphone for hikers, but it’s a shame it doesn’t have water protection. And when it comes to shooting night fires, he has virtually no equal.

Portrait mode

The main problem with the Mi 10 camera is its terrible portrait mode. Look at the trees in the background. They were literally swallowed up by chromatic aberrations! It looks downright sad.

Moreover, this happens even if the objects located in the background are relatively close. In general, portrait mode on a smartphone is bad. But a separate 2-megapixel camera is responsible for it. That's probably where the problem lies.

Shooting with the front camera

Everything is great with the front camera. The 20-megapixel front camera creates stunning images - detail is at a very high level. I will notice that the sharpness drops in the background (look at the building on the left). However, in the case of Instagram selfies, who really cares?

Another example of a spectacular selfie.

It's funny, but the software portrait mode built into the front camera works much better than the portrait mode on the main camera. I think everyone can see the difference with the naked eye. This is such a paradox.

Video examples on Xiaomi Mi 10

In its latest smartphones, Xiaomi has taken up video quality. She always limped on Chinese-made machines, and on both legs. Mi 10 is the first “crutch” on Xiaomi’s path to high-quality video shooting on smartphones.

Videos on the Mi 10 are distinguished by a high dynamic range and excellent stabilization; after all, the stabilizer in the main camera of the smartphone is optical. Another plus is that the camera filters out almost all unnecessary sounds. There is no noise chaos when shooting.

The stabilization is so good that you can shoot high-quality video on the Mi 10 while walking.

The main problem with Mi 10 cameras when shooting video is related to the first two seconds of recording. At this time, some kind of mechanism seems to be activated in Mi 10, the sound of which can be heard in the first seconds of the video. In the video above, this sound is clearly audible. Most likely, this is how the stabilizer is activated. There is only one solution to this problem - trim the seconds of the video with this sound after shooting. And remember that the very first second of your video will contain a “surprise”.

The quality of video recording does not deteriorate even in the evening. You can enjoy photographing sunsets.

You will get nice videos even at night. The main thing is to snap to the highlighted objects.

Mi 10 Pro: camera

Like the base model, Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro is equipped with a four-module rear camera - a main 108-megapixel module and three auxiliary sensors. But if the Mi 10 received a module with a 20 megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, then the Mi 10 Pro has a 48-megapixel sensor. The telephoto module is the same – 12 megapixels. There is also an 8-megapixel sensor for macro photography and depth analysis.

Sound

The big innovation of the Mi 10 is stereo speakers . Moreover, the stereo speakers are full-fledged - with identical power and located, as appropriate, on the upper and lower ends of the body.

Thanks to stereo speakers, the sound of the smartphone has reached a new level compared to previous models, which always had only one speaker. It's nice to listen to music on Mi 10 - the sound is loud and not flat. It's even more enjoyable to watch movies. Now you can do this without headphones - the pleasure of watching will not be lost.

But I note that Xiaomi’s first pancake still turned out a little lumpy. When you turn your smartphone into horizontal orientation, your palm automatically covers one of the stereo speakers. This happens due to the unusual location of the speaker compared to other smartphones.

The problem can be solved quite simply. It is enough to either make sure that your palm does not rest against the end of the body, or turn the smartphone in a horizontal orientation to the right. In this case, both speakers will be free and the sound will not be muffled.

The smartphone does not have a traditional 3.5mm audio output. Xiaomi gradually began to abandon it, at least in more expensive smartphones. However, rest assured, the trend will soon reach state employees.

Personally, I don't miss the 3.5mm audio output. And it’s not really needed. The smartphone comes with an adapter from USB-C to 3.5 mm audio output. It only needs to be connected to your main headphones once - and the whole “problem” is solved.

The adapter is connected almost “tightly” - considerable effort must be applied to disconnect it. This makes it comfortable to use. In addition, by connecting headphones to a digital connector instead of an analogue one, the sound quality is excellent.

And in general, I would like to note that there are no problems with the sound in the smartphone. A conversational speaker with a decent volume reserve, its sound is very clear, without any distortion. The microphone clearly focuses on the voice and does not transmit unnecessary sounds to the interlocutor during a call. At least in large quantities.

It is clear that Xiaomi worked on the mistakes of previous flagship models and in Mi 10 focused on sound on all fronts. All to make the smartphone more consistent with its flagship status.

Connection

In terms of wireless connections, Mi 10 is a “smartphone for growth . There is support for Wi-Fi 6 with data transfer speeds of up to 1.3 Gbps. Wi-Fi 6 routers are already actively sold, and at more or less reasonable prices. But their prevalence is still very low, so you won’t be able to try support for accelerated Wi-Fi everywhere.

The smartphone supports 5G , and this is completely for the future in the case of Russia and the CIS countries. According to the latest data, the first fifth-generation cellular networks will appear in Russian cities with a population of one million by 2024. Before this, it will be possible to use 5G in Mi 10 only outside of Russia - in China, the USA, South Korea, European countries, in general, many places.

The NFC module is present in the smartphone, where without it. Even on the Chinese version of Mi 10 purchased on AliExpress, the module works in Russia without problems.

Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro: release date

In China, Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro will be presented simultaneously with Xiaomi Mi 10 in mid-February 2020. At the same time, sales of the model will begin on the Chinese market. The device will appear on the international market in the spring after the official presentation on February 23. It is not known for certain when Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro will be released in Russia, most likely also in the spring.

Battery

A remarkable trend is that the batteries in Xiaomi smartphones are increasing every year. Mi 10 has a 4780 mAh . Just a little more, and the indicator would have exceeded the important psychological mark of 5000 mAh.

However, even without this, Mi 10 is a long-liver . If you use your smartphone moderately, as often happens on “boring” weekdays, it can last up to two days without recharging.

With normal, more active use, you will have to charge the smartphone once every day and a half . Most often, by the evening the device's charge dropped to 30-40%, which was more than enough for the night and the first half of the next day.

The presence of a capacious battery in the Mi 10 does not mean that the smartphone will be charged for hours. All thanks to support for fast charging with a power of 30 W. It takes exactly an hour to fully charge the smartphone - an excellent indicator .

The device also supports wireless charging with a power of 10 W. When you need to quickly charge your smartphone, such charging, of course, will not work. But when there is no rush, charging wirelessly is nice. The smartphone does not heat up and gradually replenishes its charge, remaining far from critical discharge.

Hardware performance

The Mi 10 Pro is equipped with a top-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. There are three different builds of the smartphone, differing in terms of internal and RAM. The first is with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, of which 235 GB is available for use. The second and third options with 12 GB of RAM and 256 or 512 GB of internal memory. Neither build has a memory card slot.

During operation, the phone does not slow down, in general, no matter how many applications and tabs in the browser are open at the same time. Popular and demanding games like PUBG: Mobile and Asphalt 8 load very quickly, and I didn’t even experience any hints of lag during the gameplay.
