Participants in the “Russian Ninja” show are professional and amateur athletes. To get to the finals of the project and compete for the main prize of 5 million rubles, you need to pass two test strips for a while.

Qualifying round

The first test lane (qualifying round) consists of the following obstacles:

• Cross-five (all editions): five platforms are installed above the water at an angle of 45 degrees; the participant needs to pass an obstacle by jumping from platform to platform and not fall into the water;
• Periscope (1.6 edition): a long bulb with handles is installed above the pool of water; the participant needs to use a pear, using the principle of a pendulum, to move from one side of the pool to the other without falling into the pool;
• I'm going to ram (2, 5 issue): above the pool of water there is a log with handles, with the help of which, according to the principle of a pendulum, you need to move from one side to the other;
• Around the World (3, 7 issue): the participant must move from one side of the pool to the other, holding on to a rotating log and jumping off it in time;
• Airborne assault (4th issue): using silk ropes tied to a sliding ring, you need to get to the other side of the pool;
• False Bridge (1, 4, 6 edition): the obstacle is a 5-meter axis with rotating cubes; the participant must quickly run across these cubes from one side to the other without falling down;
• Samurai Bridge (2, 5 edition): you need to run from one side of the obstacle to the other along a narrow rotating bridge 5 meters long;
• Earthquake (3, 7 issue): you need to run from one side of the obstacle to the other along four hanging tiles that move in 3 planes;
• Flight in the net (1, 4, 6 edition): using a rope, the participant must move from one side of the pool to the other so as to jump onto the net without falling into the water; in issue 4, instead of a rope, there is a trapeze.
• Wheel of Fortune (2, 5 edition): using a small trampoline and a wheel suspended at a distance of 290 cm from the edge, you need to move from one side of the pool to the other;
• Warrior's Flight (3, 7 edition): using a small trampoline and short ropes suspended from the ceiling, you need to fly from one side of the pool to a net installed at the other end of the pool;
• Iron tulips (issue 1, 6): there are rotating projectiles located under the ceiling, resembling upside-down waste baskets; the participant needs to move from one side of the obstacle to the other, swinging and grabbing these “tulips”.
• Steep terrain (2, 5 edition): using a free grip, the participant needs to move from one side of the pool to the other, grabbing steps (13 pieces) installed at different heights under the ceiling.
• Racing track (3, 7 edition): 3 rotating rings are installed above the pool; you need to grab them and jump from ring to ring to get to the other side of the pool;
• Ring road (4th edition): you need to get to the other side of the pool by grabbing the ledges under the ceiling using rings.
• Small Mountain (all episodes): you need to take a running start to climb onto a platform 4.25 m high, and then press the red button. The participant is given three attempts to pass this test.

The 12 participants who most fully and quickly passed the qualifying round, or all participants who completely passed it, advance to the semi-finals.

Semi-final

The second test lane (semi-final) consists of the following obstacles:

• Full pipe: you need to ride over the pool on a slide on a pipe, grabbing it with your hands, and in time jump onto the net installed on the other side of the pool without falling into the water;
• Kamikaze: the participant must use a small trampoline to jump onto a rotating blade installed above the pool and use it to get to the other side of the pool without falling into the water;
• Crazy workout: the participant must use a grip and a pipe to make unsupported jumps in order to rise up.
• Unidentified flying object: iron projectiles shaped like a UFO are installed above the pool under the ceiling; the participant needs to move from one side of the pool to the other, grabbing these plates, and not fall into the water;
• Free climb: you need to rise to a height of 10 meters, leaning your hands and feet between the walls of the shaft, and then press the red button.

In each episode, only 4 participants who managed to pass the semi-final test the fastest will advance to the finals.
