- organization of vaccination campaigns (maintaining lists of patients who received the vaccine; lists of post-vaccination complications; automatic compilation of reports and statistics).
The order applies to both public and private clinics. Professional programs for doctors will eliminate many errors associated with routine paperwork. How to get medicines at home during a pandemic and self-isolation
A system specially created by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation is aimed at providing citizens with the necessary medications (both regular and prescription) during the aggravation of the epidemiological situation associated with the spread of coronavirus infection, when going out is prohibited unless absolutely necessary.
How to obtain medicines for citizens in quarantine
Order No. 198n of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated March 19, 2020 obliges all heads of clinics to ensure the possibility of remote prescription of medications and their home delivery.
You need to call the clinic where you are registered and call a doctor at home. If necessary, the specialist is obliged to arrange delivery of the drugs needed for treatment directly to the doorstep. The arriving doctor will prescribe the prescription drug on the spot. Delivery of medications is carried out with the help of social service employees or volunteers. If help does not come, you need to call the coronavirus hotline numbers: for all residents of Russia 8 (800) 2000-112; for residents of Moscow; for residents of the Moscow region.
It is strictly prohibited for quarantined citizens to leave home to purchase medicine on their own, even with a prescription form in hand!
How to get prescription or subsidized medications during self-isolation
To receive a new prescription, you need to call a doctor at home, after which you can order delivery by calling the coronavirus hotline 8 (800) 2000-112. Residents of Moscow over 65 years of age and people over 18 years of age with certain chronic diseases should be provided with home delivery of prescription or subsidized medications and prescription medical products by calling the Social Development Complex hotline +7 (495) 870-45-09. There is a hotline for residents of the Moscow region.
Also, Order No. 4n of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated January 14, 2020 established the possibility of issuing electronic prescriptions. That is, after confirming the diagnosis, the attending physician can write a prescription electronically and send it by email. Such a prescription can be presented on the screen of a smartphone or computer at the pharmacy. Relatives, acquaintances or volunteers can receive medications at the pharmacy with a prescription. During the pandemic, the Russian Ministry of Health recommended that doctors write prescriptions for patients with chronic diseases with a validity period of up to three months.
Medical reference books
Doctors often have to urgently administer drugs to patients to relieve pain, swelling, etc. But in order to correctly calculate the dosage, you need to make certain calculations. If a specialist is a beginner, then in a panic he may make a mistake in the calculations or take a long time, and this will cost the patient his life. If he had a program for a doctor to work with a special calculator, he would have calculated the dosage in a couple of seconds and saved the person.

ICD-10
The mobile application contains 3 databases: International Classification of Diseases (hence the abbreviation ICD in the name of the application), the effects of drugs on organs and standards of medical care. Its advantage is that it works offline, which means it is not afraid of Internet surges.
The doctor enters the name of the disease and sees its description and treatment tips on the screen. The second section describes how specific drugs affect organ systems. And the section on standards of care is constantly updated as new Federal Laws on Medicine are released and includes a list of more than 24,000 drugs with instructions.

Online services and telemedicine
