Our vision works on a similar principle, and therefore depth of field is an effect that affects the realism and perception of the picture. As a rule, this effect has a negligible effect on the operation of the device , but in some projects special attention is paid to depth of field - for example, in Destiny 2 this parameter is extremely important for both graphics and performance.
