Bradis table - SINES AND COSINES

The Bradis table - sines and cosines gives the value of the sine of any acute angle containing an integer number of degrees and tenths of a degree at the intersection of a row that has the corresponding number of degrees in the title (on the left) and a column that has the corresponding number of minutes in the title (above). So, sin 70°30'=0.9426. To obtain the sines of other angles, interpolation is needed, introducing a correction for the difference between a given angle and the nearest table one. This amendment is taken from the corresponding amendment column on the right (italics). It is added to the nearest smaller sine value if the given angle exceeds the nearest smaller tabular sine by 1, 2, 3 minutes, and is subtracted from the nearest larger tabular sine in other cases. For example, sin 70°32'=0.9428, since 9426+2=9428, and sin 70°34'=0.9430, since 9432-2 = 9430. The same Bradis table is used to find cosines, and it is necessary use the numbering of degrees on the right, the numbering of minutes below, and do not forget that as an acute angle increases, its cosine decreases. The search for cosines can be eliminated by replacing them with the sines of additional angles.
