Downloading the program
To download the program for your computer, go to its official website. Depending on the platform used, a suitable application can also be found through Google Play, App Store, Microsoft Store, Linux repositories, etc.
On the program's website, go to its download page. As a rule, it is called Download or Upload (on English-language sites - Download). Buttons for downloading applications are often located on the main pages of websites (Fig. 5). Please note that to download, you must select the version of the program specifically for your operating system.

Depending on the platform you are using, the installation process will vary. For example, on Linux systems the program can be installed from the repository, and on Android devices the application is installed immediately after downloading from Google Play.
Opening a file
As a rule, after installing the program, the extension of the existing file will be automatically associated with it. Therefore, you just need to click on the file to view/play it.
In other cases, the file can be opened using the installed program by calling the context menu with the right mouse button. In Windows, click Open with > Select program; in other operating systems, use similar commands (Fig. 7).

Why won't applications launch?
If the application does not turn on on your Android device, there may be several reasons. Among them:
- lack of RAM;
- outdated OS version;
- failures in the application or operating system.
The latter usually manifests itself with prolonged use of the application. The first and second - immediately after installation.
Lack of RAM
The main symptom is a black screen after installing and launching the application. The solution would be to restore part of the RAM by closing unnecessary running programs. This can be done manually in the smartphone settings or using special software, for example, CCLeaner or Clean Master.
